Presentation Scrum in a Regulated PMO Environment?  Blasphemy!
Abstract

In this open discussion format, we will discuss lessons learned and challenges overcome during the implementation of Scrum in a highly-regulated and PMO-driven organization.  We will discuss common pitfalls of companies implementing Scrum and the challenges faced by two roles commonly assigned as ScrumMaster – Project Managers and Business Analysts.  We will investigate ways Scrum teams can work with, rather than against a Project Management Office and how Scrum can improve relationships across various groups.
