PMI Scheduling Professional PMI-SP®

The PMI-SP® or the PMI Scheduling Professional is the credential that recognizes the demonstrated knowledge and advanced expertise in the specialized area of developing and maintaining the project schedule.
You should apply for this credential if you have advanced expertise in the area of Project Scheduling Management.

 As per PMI-SP role delineation, the candidates for this credential must be able to:
* Create and maintain the project schedule
* Analyze the project schedule
* Report and communicate the project schedule to the project team.

 Eligibility Requirements:

 Educational Background:
High school diploma, an Associates degree or a global equivalent.

 Professional experience requirements:
At least 5000 hours of professional project scheduling within the last five consecutive years.

 Project Scheduling Education Requirements:
40 contact hours in the specialized area of Project Scheduling. This includes training time spent on Microsoft Project or other scheduling tools.

 

 OR

Educational Background:
Bachelors degree or a global equivalent.

 Professional experience requirements:
At least 3500 hours of professional project scheduling within the last five consecutive years.

 Project Scheduling Education Requirements:
30 contact hours in the specialized area of Project Scheduling. This includes training time spent on Microsoft Project or other scheduling tools.
