Certification Mission

The Southwest Ohio Chapter of PMI (SWOC PMI) embraces the global PMI mission of helping project managers gain professional certification.  SWOC PMI is a value provider of the training of Professional Development Units (PDU)s required for many certifications.  SWOC Partners also offer training.

And of course, the best never rest.  The Project Management Institute requires on-going continuing education for members with certifications.  Maintaining certification requires the accumulation of PDU’s as documented by the member's Online Transcript.  SWOC PMI is dedicated to helping members attain PDUs.

PDU's are classified by activity.  Members can get involved in any of the following with SWOC PMI.

  • Category 1: Formal Academic Education
