With many companies and organizations adopting agile methods for projects, Project Managers are now finding themselves engaged with Agile teams more often.
For some PMs this may present challenges as managing or interacting with Agile teams calls for a different style and using skill set.
In this special breakfast presentation featuring guest speaker Stephen Wagner, PMP, we will look at the role of PMs in this new Agile environment and learn what techniques and methods are required to make the post of Agile teams.

Stephen Wagner, PMP, is currently engaged as consultant with Cardinal Solutions Group in Cincinnati. Present assignment is with a Cincinnati financial company as both a project manager scrum master. He is the Director of Traditional Media for PMI Southwest Ohio Chapter and is also on the Agile Cincinnati Leadership team. Stephen worked for 14 years with P&G's IT organization. While at P&G, he was a member of P&G Agile Community of Practice and managed numerous projects and initiatives. He achieved his PMP certification in 2005. Stephen is an Attorney and practiced for 10 years in Boston before making a career switch to IT during the Y2K era.
