Alice Ferone - Associate Director, Global Business Services, Global Operations

Alice Ferone is the Associate Director of Global Operations for P&G’s Global Business Services (GBS) organization. Her current work leading P&G’s non-product initiative portfolio enables senior leadership to prioritize and invest in strategic business building capabilities for global growth. Alice and her organization also lead the Global Portfolio and Master Planning Service, GBS Client/User Research Program, and internal capability development for Project Management, Initiative Management and Service Management.

Since joining P&G in 1982, Alice has held a variety of IT and decision support positions. Alice served as the Family Care CIO focused on IT innovation, business leadership, strategy setting, and IT people development to support our $5B Family Care business. She served as the North America Region GBS Leader for the Gillette Acquisition, leading a diverse team of 30 Gillette and P&G people to successfully integrate Gillette NA Operations into P&G just one year after close. Most recently she served as the GBS leader for the Go-to-Market Reinvention/Joint Value Creation Systems program driving global standard solutions in 10 strategic areas and 33 key projects worth over $400MM in increased Sales, $300MM in Savings and $100MM in Cash.

Alice holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University Of Illinois College Of Engineering. She currently serves on the SWO PMI Executive Advisory Board and is a member of the PMO Executive Council and PM Executive Forum. She is based in Cincinnati.
