coaching, consulting and curriculum for project and process management with a strong focus on soft skills, productivity and efficiency, Pam has helped many organizations and individuals improve their ability to deliver projects, improve processes and manage life. It is her passion.
Pam’s 25+ years of experience encompasses all facets of implementing project
management practices, PMO’s and process improvement in organizations and coaching individuals. Pam is a Past President of the Southwest Ohio PMI Chapter and served on that Board for over 10 years in a number of roles. Her position on the EAB provides continuity and a small business view of Chapter initiatives and offerings.

The division is responsible for the delivery of strategic IT projects and consists of a project management office and business analyst unit. The PMO team includes project managers, project analysts, a technical writer and project controllers. The business analyst team manages all IT requests for assigned business units and is responsible for the delivery of tactical IT projects.
