The Southwest Ohio Chapter of the Project Management Institute (PMI®) is the organization of choice for Project Management Professionals.
We've recently celebrated our 20th Birthday and even after 20 years, this chapter still strives to promote the profession of Project Management by and for its members, provide opportunities for Project Management education and professional development of its members and provide a framework for professional networking and social interaction among its members.
Formed to serve the networking and education needs of Southwest Ohio area residents, PMI offers monthly meetings, professional development, certification review courses, periodic workshops and a quarterly newsletter.
By becoming a member of our Chapter and attending our regular programs and training events, we can offer the best networking opportunities around. We offer connections with Project Management experts from the software, construction, engineering, telecommunications, pharmaceuticals, insurance, finance, consulting and a variety of other industries who can share their experiences with you.
Prospective members are always welcome to attend meetings and need not be accompanied by a member, so join us for one of our monthly dinner meetings for informative discussions, presentations and networking. Schedule and program details for all events can be found on the events page of this site.

Having Trouble Registering Your PDUs from the Mega Event?
It has come to our attention that some of the codes on the certificates from the Mega Event may be incorrect.
The correct codes are:
C043-21042009 for Tuesday
C043-22042009 for Wednesday
Keep in mind that it may take a day or two to update. If you have additional difficulties registering PDUs, please contact
webmaster@pmi-swohio-chapter.org.
FREE PMI Hardship Membership
Are you looking for work but still want to maintain your PMI membership?
During these tough economic times, this comes as a reminder that PMI has always offered a 1-Year Hardship Membership FREE of charge for anyone who is unemployed.
To qualify you must be a paying member for a minimum of 3 years. For details contact the PMI Headquarters Customer Service Department at 610-356-4600.
